No hot water. Water heater not heating. Replaced water heater with Rheem Gas water heater.
Bathroom sinks clogged and will not drain. Unstopped bathroom lavatory sinks.
Inspected kitchen sink garbage disposal and found it working but making a loud whining noise when it is on. Found inside to be rusty asked customer if she wanted it replaced and she approved. We removed old disposal and installed new insinkerator. Filled sink up and drained then ran disposal and no leaks also disposal sounds like it should. No leaks.
Plumber Needed: Toilet won't flush. I inspected it and found that it was just the toilet that was backed up. Ran my closet auger down the toilet and was able to get it unstopped. Then tested it several times with toilet paper and everything is draining properly at this time.
One piece toilet leaking from the bottom and loose on the floor. Pulled and reset toilet with new seal, bolts and supply line.
Toilet leaking from flange. Reparied flange and reset toilet. Replaced the gasket for the tank. Replaced toilet bolts and wax ring.
Inspected lavatory in master bathroom and found both emergency stops corroded and could not turn. I shut the water off to the house and replaced both 3/8 threaded stops and supply lines. Also customer asked if we could snake out her main sewer line from the cleanout in the front yard. I ran the large cable through the cleanout and hit a hard spot and got stuck about 40’ in the line and pulled back a bunch of wipes but the line is draining.
Plumber Needed: Sewer line stopped up. Has roots in line.
Plumber Needed: Water bill extremely high. I inspected the home and found the toilet in the hallway to be constantly running. And there was also a leak from the bottom of the quest, emergency stop. They approved the price so I then shut the water off to the home and cut out the quest pipe and crimped on a new adapter and thread on. I test to be sure there is no leaks up and the meter was not spinning, and there was no leaks on my stop. Replace the toilet valve, 3 inch flapper and supply line. Then tested at this time. Everything is working properly.
Arrived on site, found that the customer had a kitchen sink that was leaking from the faucet body itself. Gave customer a price for a new faucet and she approved. Removed the old faucet from the kitchen counter. Installed the new faucet. Tested everything and everything is working properly at this time.
Plumber needed: main sewer line is clogged. Unstopped the sewer through the cleanout access in the yard.
Inspected ac unit downstairs and found the 3/4 pvc drain line was completely stopped up with sludge and algae. I removed the 3/4 pvc pipe and cleaned them out using the hose Bibb out back. I then ran the cable through the 2” pvc line to clear the p-trap.I tested the drain by pouring multiple buckets of water. Everything is draining properly at this time.
Turned water off to kitchen sink and removed old kitchen faucet, installed new faucet and attached the supply lines to stops that was attached to faucet. Tested no leaks.
Sewer line stopped up. Roots in the line.
Performed camera inspection on vents of home and in yard to street then marked line. Found spots with belly’s, roots, and a bad spot that has dropped down.

Washing machine drain stopped up.
Plumber needed: Drain line clogged. Customer showed me mainline to be stopped up and overflowing from clean out in the back of the building beside the rollup door. He also showed me the first bathroom, told it to be leaking from the base. first unstop the line and did not pull anything back. The toilet was still leaking from the base so I then pulled and reset with new wax ring, set fast bolts, and supply line. I reset the toilet and at this time everything is flushing and working properly. There are no leaks at this time either.
Plumber needed: Water like. Inspected water leak and found the leak on the hot side.
Plumber needed: Drain line clogged and leaking. Ran snake and camera to find broken sewer line under slab from the kitchen sink to the washing machine. When customer runs the kitchen sink with garbage disposal is on it water comes up through floor in kitchen.

Plumber needed: Water heater leaking. Replaced 30 gallon electric water heater with new Rheem 30 gallon electric water heater and emergency shut off valve and drain pan.

Plumber needed: Water leak in the yard. Performed leak search on home and inspected in yard could hear line bubbling by tree. Dug in yard and found the air traveling under root and leak further back. Dug further back and same issue, dug further back then found the 3/4 pvc line and found it leaking in hub with very small spray. Cut line to remove bad spot then reinstalled wirsbo to allow it to have play in the line due to roots. Turned water on no leaks and meter isn’t spinning at this time.
Plumber needed. Water heater leaking. Replaced the temp and pressure valve on the water heater.

Performed tankless water heater cleaning and flush for this year and plumbing inspection.

Inspected water meter in the front yard and found a leak at the meter. I dug up the meter box and found the 3/4 pvc male adapter broken from a large root. I cut the root out of the way and glued a wirsbo x glue adapter on the pvc and threaded in a male wirsbo adapter at the meter and connected with a 12” piece of wirsbo pipe. I turned the water on to check for leaks. Everything is working properly at this time.
