A hot water ticket was placed yesterday evening and I had techs out 1st thing this morning.I had Keith and Tyler come to fix the water heater in my home and both were polite, respectful young men. They were able to assist the situation and determine the issue and fix it with ease. Also in a timely manner. I would recommend not only the company (All plumbing, heating and cool)but these 2 young men to get the job done correctly. Thank you for fixing the heater!!

I arrived on site to replace two toilets, install a shower head, replace two diverter spouts, and install a new lavatory faucet. I checked the flange and flange was good. I set the toilet with a new wax ring, toilet bolts, supply line, and white caps. I removed the old diverter and installed a new diverter spout. I cut out the old lavatory faucet and installed a new one with a new pop assembly. I tested everything and it was working properly. In hall bathroom pulled the old toilet and inspected the flange. The flange was in good condition. I set the new toilet with a new wax ring, toilet bolts, supply line, and white caps. I tested the toilet and it was working properly. I caulked around both toilets. I cut out the old diverter and installed a new diverter spout. I removed the old shower head and installed a new one. I ran a small machine through the waste and overflow to unstop the tub drain. I tested the tub drain and it was draining properly.

Kohler toilet leaking from the tank to bowl gasket when you flush the toilet. Removed the Kohler tank off the toilet and found that it was a bracket on the bottom with a gasket. Took the old gasket off and replaced with our Korky 3” gasket. After getting everything installed on the tank we then installed tank back and tightened everything down. Installed new supply line then tested toilet several times.
