A hot water ticket was placed yesterday evening and I had techs out 1st thing this morning.I had Keith and Tyler come to fix the water heater in my home and both were polite, respectful young men. They were able to assist the situation and determine the issue and fix it with ease. Also in a timely manner. I would recommend not only the company (All plumbing, heating and cool)but these 2 young men to get the job done correctly. Thank you for fixing the heater!!

Inspected meter and found a leak on the female adapter right past the meter. Customer approved the price so we dug the area and cut about a foot back and installed new wirsbo female adapter at the meter and pvc x wirsbo coupling on the other end. We then let the glue sit for about 25 minutes. We then tested by turning the water back on and at this time everything is working properly and there are no leaks.

I arrived at the home and inspected the faucet in the master bathroom that the screen was broken off in. Then spoke with the customer and gave her options and she didn't want to pay anything to replace the faucet. So I told her that we will replace it at no charge. Then I went to the parts house to get a new faucet. Then I removed the old supply lines, faucet and pop up assembly to replace with faucet, pop up assembly and supply lines. Then I tested it for several minutes and everything is working properly at this time.
